My stay at Venice Hosokawaya was quite a mixed experience. While the staff, especially Ramez Galal Mr. Khaled, provided really good service, the conditions of the bathroom and the presence of mosquitoes left much to be desired. The location was great, being close to the metro and with some charming food spots around, but the cleanliness issues affected my overall comfort. I'd say there were highlights, but also significant drawbacks that could be improved upon.
